Had an appointment booked at Specsavers Heerhugowaard Middenwaard 3 for 18:00. It's half an hour away from our house and due to a work meeting running late and traffic on the way we were late. How late were we? you might wonder.... We arrived literally a grand total of 3 minutes late. Just to have the receptionist tell us (rudely) they cannot let us proceed with the appointment. They don't seem to want your business, so I would recommend you take your business to another chain altogether. It is certainly what we did and we encourage everyone else to do so too. Looking forward to my appointment with Eye Wish next week!

Treating the customer with disrespect. Not listening to the customer at all but coming up with excuses instead of looking for a solution. Returned glasses and asked for money back. Very bad experience.
